REGISTRATION FEES

* European region (as per WHO definition) Low and middle-income Country list according to the World Bank: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.

The registration fee, for both IN-PERSON and ONLINE participants, includes 24% Finnish VAT.
The registration fee will be invoiced within one week.
Payments in other currencies other than EUR will not be accepted.
The invoice for your participation shall be issued by VMC, 1 Rond-point de l’Europe, 92250 La Garenne-Colombes / France, French VAT Number: FR75523098614, FI VAT Number: FI23470101.

* In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be sent to the registration division via e-mail: eugms.registrations@aristea.com

ONLINE ONLY REGISTRATIONS: please note that online registrations will grant access to a limited number of sessions. Check the Scientific Programme to verify which contents will be available.

CANCELLATION / CONVERSION POLICY

Registration cancellations or modifications are subject to the following conditions:

  • For Onsite participation
    – Until 31 July 2023: Full refund (All refunds will be processed within 1 month from cancellation, bank charges will be deducted)
    – From 1 August 2023: no refund – registration remains valid for Online participation
  • For Online participation
    – No refund

Registrations cannot be converted from Onsite to Online or vice versa.
NO name changes will be accepted for both Online and Onsite registrations.
Any request to change your billing information (VAT number, address, etc.) submitted after the registration will result in a 50 EUR administrative fee.
Any cancellation or modification of your registration, must be notified by e-mail at: eugms.registrations@aristea.com
